How E-Design works

Professional design
delivered to your inbox

E-Design is our most accessible service — a fully remote design package for homeowners who want a professional design plan but are happy to manage the execution themselves. Everything is delivered digitally, so it works wherever you are.

The whole process typically takes 2–3 weeks from start to delivery.

You complete the design questionnaire

Tell us about your room, your lifestyle, your budget, and your style preferences. Share photos of your current space and any inspiration images.

We design your space

We create a full design concept including mood board, annotated floor plan, furniture layout, colour palette, and product selections with links and prices.

You receive your design pack

We deliver your complete design as a professional PDF document. One round of revisions is included so we can refine anything that doesn't feel quite right.

You bring it to life

With your design pack in hand, you shop, book tradespeople, and manage the project at your own pace. We're available for hourly support if you need us along the way.

Common questions

Do I need to be local to use your services? +
Not at all. Our E-Design service is fully remote and works for any location in the UK. For consultations, we cover Berkshire & London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding counties. Full-service projects are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
What's the difference between E-Design and a consultation? +
E-Design gives you a complete design plan for a room — mood board, floor plan, product list — as a fixed-price deliverable. A consultation is booked by the hour for focused advice on a specific question or challenge. Many clients start with a consultation and then commission an E-Design, or vice versa.
How long does an E-Design take? +
Typically 2–3 weeks from when you submit your questionnaire and photos. More complex rooms or multi-room projects may take a little longer. We'll give you a clear timeline before we begin.
Can I start with E-Design and upgrade to full service later? +
Absolutely. Many clients start with E-Design or a consultation to get a feel for working with us, then commission a full-service project later. The fee paid for E-Design or consultation hours is credited against your full-service fee if you progress within three months.
Do you offer combined architecture and interior design? +
Yes — this is one of our key strengths. As an architecture and interior design studio, we can design the extension or loft conversion and the interiors within it as one unified project. This joined-up approach means the architecture and interior are designed to work together from the start, rather than being treated separately.
Is the first visit really free? +
Yes, completely. Our first site visit has no charge and no obligation. It's simply a chance for us to see your space, hear what you have in mind, and give you an honest view of what's possible and what it might cost.
